Advance Technology’s RUSTFree™ Liquid Coating is a two component peelable magical material applied in a fluid state. It provides outstanding dust, water and corrosion resistance and can be easily removed when required.

RUSTFree™ protects complex metallic structures for short or extended periods of time.

The liquid coating adheres quickly to most surfaces yet can be removed easily leaving no traceable residue. This allows for easy surface preparation prior to welding of the pipe joints and also for application of the fi eld joint coating.

• Minimizes end disbondment from corrosion undercutting and rust formation on cutback area during storage.
• Minimizes moisture absorption on polyurethane foam of insulated pipes during storage.

• 100% Solids. Easy to achieve a high build coating thickness.
• Can either be brush applied or spray applied.
