Tank Aluminum Anode
Sacrificial Anodes
Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes are mostly used for cathodic protection of metal structures in seawater environments (such as offshore oil and gas platforms, offshore wind turbine foundations, bridge wharf steel piles, ship ballast water tanks) or the inner of crude oil storage tanks.
Description:
Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes are mostly used for cathodic protection of metal structures in seawater environments (such as offshore oil and gas platforms, offshore wind turbine foundations, bridge wharf steel piles, ship ballast water tanks) or the inner of crude oil storage tanks.
This anode material with great electrochemical performance has a large power generation capacity, which is about 3 times that of zinc anode and 2 times that of magnesium anode. In seawater and other media containing chloride ions, it has good performance and strong self-regulating ability to emit current.
Our conventional anode products have excellent performance and stable quality, and are widely used in ships, offshore platforms, jackets and other conditions.
Application Field:
Storage tanks, ship hulls, offshore platforms, jackets and other conditions.
Features:
- Advance Technology aluminum alloy anodes conform to standards such as GB/T4948, DNV-RP-B401, EN 12496, NACE SP0387, etc. To ensure the quality of chemical composition and Electrochemical Properties.
- The alloy grade can be selected according to the standard or customized according to the special use environment. Customized products will design optimal performance according to seawater temperature, salinity, depth, etc., and will be verified long-term performance through a series of PQT tests.
- The product has relevant industry authoritative testing and certification, such as DNV certification, CCS certification, etc.
- They have stable potential, large capacitance, uniform dissolution morphology. Corrosion products are easy to fall off, which is conducive to reducing replacement, maintenance and costs for users.
