Description:
High silicon cast iron anode is a special alloy material rich in silicon. It has good corrosion resistance and long life characteristics, which can effectively protect metal structures from corrosion. It has a long service life and is an ideal auxiliary anode for impressed current cathodic protection systems.
High Silicon Cast Iron Anode (HSCI) is an anode for impressed current cathodic protection system, which is mainly used in impressed current cathodic protection of offshore drilling platforms, underground steel pipelines, oil production combined stations, underground cables, underground storage tanks and other facilities.
Silicon iron anodes can be rod or tubular, and need to be prepackaged when used as shallow buried anodes or deep well anodes.
The prepackaged high silicon cast iron anode is mainly composed of high silicon cast iron anode, centralizer, coke backfill, vent tube, cable protection tube, steel canister and lead cable. Anodes can be prepackaged according to different requirements for different use environments.
