Heat-Shrinkable Sleeve for Pipeline Field Joints up to 60°C

ProCoat™ H60 is a heat-shrinkable field-joint coating system designed to protect pipelines operating at temperatures up to 60°C. Used with Advance Technology’s proprietary liquid epoxy, its high-shear copolymer adhesive bonds to steel and adjacent mainline coatings to form a durable corrosion barrier.

Field joints in pipeline construction, maintenance and rehabilitation where a qualified epoxy and heat-shrinkable sleeve system is specified.

1. High-shear adhesive with strong bonding to steel and mainline coatings.
2. Resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
3. Lower preheat requirement to support efficient field application.
4. Available as pre-cut sleeves or bulk rolls.

ProCoat™ H60 combines corrosion protection and mechanical durability in a practical field-applied system. Sleeve configuration and application requirements should be selected according to the approved project procedure.
